Este Acuerdo de Licencia de Usuario Final("Licencia") es un contrato legal entre tú y Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán sobre el uso de la aplicación Garoé(la "Aplicación"). Al descargar o utilizar la Aplicación aceptas esta Licencia. Esta Licencia cumple los requisitos del Licensed Application End User License Agreement de Apple (Schedule A).
1. Concesión de licencia
Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán te concede una licencia intransferible, no exclusiva, limitada y revocable para utilizar la Aplicación en cualquier dispositivo Apple que poseas o controles, conforme a las Reglas de Uso de Apple Media Services. Esta Licencia te permite acceder al Servicio, pero no transfiere propiedad alguna sobre la Aplicación.
2. Ámbito permitido
- Uso personal y no comercial, salvo funcionalidades de "Box Pro" que sí pueden usarse profesionalmente bajo suscripción.
- Uso en un número razonable de dispositivos Apple vinculados a tu Apple ID.
- Sin derecho a alquilar, prestar, vender, redistribuir o sublicenciar la Aplicación.
- Sin derecho a hacer ingeniería inversa, descompilar, desensamblar o derivar código fuente, salvo en la medida permitida por ley imperativa.
3. Consentimiento para uso de datos
Aceptas que recojamos y utilicemos datos técnicos e información relacionada de forma periódica para facilitar la entrega de actualizaciones de software, soporte y servicios relacionados, siempre conforme a nuestra Política de privacidad.
4. Servicios y contenido de terceros
La Aplicación puede habilitar el acceso a servicios y sitios web de terceros (p. ej. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Utilizas estos servicios bajo tu propio riesgo; ni nosotros ni Apple somos responsables de su contenido, precisión, integridad o fiabilidad.
5. Terminación
Esta Licencia es efectiva hasta que sea terminada por ti o por Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán. Tus derechos bajo esta Licencia terminarán automáticamente si incumples cualquiera de sus términos. Al terminar, deberás dejar de usar la Aplicación y eliminarla de todos tus dispositivos.
6. Exención de garantías
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, la Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", con todos sus fallos y sin garantía de ningún tipo. Ni Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán ni Apple garantizan que la Aplicación cumpla tus requisitos, opere sin errores o sea compatible con cualquier software de terceros.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, ni Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán ni Apple serán responsables por daños personales o daños incidentales, especiales, indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso de la Aplicación, incluso si se ha advertido de la posibilidad de dichos daños. La responsabilidad total no excederá de 50 USD.
8. Cumplimiento de leyes de exportación
No puedes usar, exportar ni reexportar la Aplicación salvo en cumplimiento de la legislación estadounidense y del país en el que obtuviste la Aplicación. En particular, la Aplicación no puede ser exportada a países bajo embargo del gobierno de EE. UU. ni a personas incluidas en listas de denegación.
9. Usuarios finales gubernamentales (EE. UU.)
La Aplicación y la documentación relacionada son "Commercial Items" según los términos del 48 C.F.R. §2.101. Se licencian a los usuarios finales del gobierno de EE. UU. únicamente como Commercial Items y con los derechos aquí otorgados.
10. Ley aplicable
Esta Licencia se rige por Legislación española y, en particular, el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Las Naciones Unidas Convención sobre Contratos para la Venta Internacional de Mercaderías quedan expresamente excluidas.
11. Apple como tercero beneficiario
Reconoces y aceptas que Apple y sus filiales son terceros beneficiarios de esta Licencia y, al aceptarla, Apple tendrá derecho (y se considerará que ha aceptado dicho derecho) a hacer cumplir esta Licencia frente a ti como tercero beneficiario.
12. Soporte y mantenimiento
Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán es el único responsable de proporcionar el mantenimiento y soporte de la Aplicación. Apple no tiene obligación alguna de proporcionar servicios de mantenimiento o soporte. Para soporte escribe a support@garoe.app.

This End-User License Agreement("Licence") is a legal contract between you and Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán for the use of the Garoéapplication (the "Application"). By downloading or using the Application you accept this Licence, which complies with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Schedule A).
1. Grant of licence
Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited, revocable licence to use the Application on any Apple-branded device you own or control, subject to Apple Media Services Usage Rules. This Licence grants access to the Service but does not transfer ownership of the Application.
2. Permitted scope
- Personal, non-commercial use, except "Box Pro" features that may be used professionally under subscription.
- Use on a reasonable number of Apple devices tied to your Apple ID.
- No rental, lending, selling, redistribution or sublicensing of the Application.
- No reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or derivation of source code, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
3. Consent to use of data
You consent to us collecting and using technical and related data periodically to facilitate software updates, support and related services, always in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party services and content
The Application may enable access to third-party services and websites (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). You use them at your own risk; neither we nor Apple are responsible for their content, accuracy, integrity or reliability.
5. Termination
This Licence is effective until terminated by you or Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán. Your rights under this Licence terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop all use of the Application and destroy all copies.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Neither Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán nor Apple warrant that the Application will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted or be compatible with any third-party software.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, neither Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán nor Apple shall be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 50.
8. Compliance with export laws
You may not use, export or re-export the Application except as authorised by US law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Application was obtained. In particular, the Application may not be exported to countries under US embargo or to anyone on US government denied-party lists.
9. US Government end users
The Application and related documentation are "Commercial Items" under 48 C.F.R. §2.101. They are licensed to US Government end users only as Commercial Items and with the rights granted herein.
10. Governing law
This Licence is governed by Spanish law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
11. Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Licence and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Licence against you as a third-party beneficiary.
12. Maintenance and support
Emanuel Rodríguez Beltrán is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Application. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services. For support write to support@garoe.app.
